Steve joined the Cerca Trova team as Senior Vice President of Strategic Integration in November 2016 to lead implementation, operations and ongoing execution of strategic initiatives. He has over 25 years of multi-unit operations management and finance leadership experience in the casual dining industry and has served previously as the Vice President of Operations of Friendly’s, Regional Director of Operations and Senior Financial Analyst at Darden/Red Lobster. Steve is experienced in leading operations excellence and execution fostering successful turnarounds and brand profitability.
