VP of Innovation & Concept Development
Troy began his career in Hospitality working in restaurants at Walt Disney World in 1989. In 1992 he went to work for Darden Restaurants. During his 14 years with the Orlando based company, Troy led several restaurants and regions as a General Manager, Regional Training Manager, and emerging Director of Operations.
In 2006 Troy Goldman joined Restaurant Partners as RPI’s Director of Operations, where he led F&B operations for over 10 different concepts across Florida and Alabama. In his role, Troy oversaw operations and profitability of all of owned and managed properties, as well as the operational details of various consulting projects.
In 2016 Troy was named ‘Restaurateur of the Year” in the State of Alabama.
“To achieve excellence you must strive for perfection” has been Troy’s mantra through all of his experiences in his now 25+ years in the restaurant industry.
In 2017, Troy joined the team at CercaTrova Restaurant Concepts as VP of Innovation and Concept Development. Here, Troy will lead ops for many exciting projects outside CT’s core business as we grow and expand our portfolio.
